Local lad Seymour spent the beginning of his career in various 5 star hotels and rosette awarded restaurants, which include the Park Lane hotel London & Rhodes & co, Manchester.
Trained at Sheffield College and now A Master Chef of Great Britain, Seymour is bringing finely tuned skills to the Sheff’s Kitchen competition. At present, Seymour uses the solid foundations of his work ethic in his role as executive head chef at Chesterfield F.C
Winner of last year’s coveted Sheff’s Kitchen trophy Seymour will return to defend his crown in our October final.
