Head Chef, Blend Kitchen

Chris is the head chef of Sheffield based social enterprise Blend kitchen. The eclectic menu at Blend Kitchen is inspired by the communities, cultures, farmers, food producers and fishermen of Yorkshire, with dishes ranging from jerk chicken skewers with scotch bonnet and coriander sauce to classic fish and chips. Chris has previously worked at a number of other local restaurants and hotels, including Whitley Hall Hotel and Staindrop Lodge. Chris has been running Blend since October 2016, establishing the popular Blend Kitchen pop up restaurant events along with a programme of catering training programmes and healthy eating workshops training the chefs and cooks of tomorrow
