Head Chef, DoubleTree Hilton 

After gaining valuable insight and experience in catering through spending 14 years at Baldwin’s Omega suite, Martin moved on to his own ventures. Firstly owning his own restaurant Armstrong’s of Barnsley, before moving to the North East where he worked at prestigious hotels and restaurants such as Judges, Rockliffe Hall and The Burlington Restaurant (Devonshire Arms). This led him to taking the reigns at the 5* Raithwaite Estate at Sandsend.

Martin spent the last two years working at Norfolk’s restaurant of the year 2016/2017 the Orange Tree in Hunstanton before deciding home is where the heart is, therefore taking the role as Head Chef at DoubleTree Hilton back in his hometown of Sheffield.
