The theme for this year’s semi final will be making the most of what we’ve got. Each chef will create one course with one element on the plate being made from produce that would have otherwise gone to waste. Working closely with the catering students at Sheffield College all chefs will have to work together to deliver a knockout meal but shine to win a place at the final. Creativity and eccentricity is encouraged!
